Sally Baker has over 25 years of Residential, Land Development and New Construction sales experience in the Asheville and Hendersonville markets, and has been a consistent and award winning multi-million dollar producer. Her clients describe her as being "focused" and "down to earth", while "possessing a wealth of knowledge". Her skills of paying attention to details and her follow up during a transaction have earned her lifelong loyal customers. Sally has been the annual recipient of the "Office Listing Sales Leader", "Contributing to Excellence Award"" and the "Raving Fans Award" for the Beverly-Hanks Biltmore Park Office.

 

Sally was raised in Rochester, New York, graduating from the State University of New York with a Social Work Degree. She began her Real Estate career in 1987 in Wilmington, NC. In 1988, her husband transferred to Asheville with the Federal Government, dealing with environmental laws and regulations. Throughout his career, they have resided in numerous areas, including New York, New England, Texas and Coastal NC. They raised their children in the T.C. Roberson School District, where they were actively involved.

For relaxation, Sally enjoys the many activities Asheville and Western North Carolina have to offer, and enjoys family time in Wilmington, NC when time allows.. Hiking, gardening and enjoying the numerous cultural events in the area are a few of her favorites.
